Working at Solicis Lex is a dream come true!! The work life balance and the congenial employer- employee relationship is one that looks for at a work place. And Solicis Lex is one such company!! Adv. Ameet Mehta and other senior members are very cooperative and helping. They are like problem solvers. I recommend this firm even for the interns as it helps you to learn and grow.

Excellent opportunity for young budding lawyers. Unlike other law firms, this firm instills confidence in its juniors and gives them immense first hand opportunities to appear in courts as well as deal with clients. They help to mould a good lawyer.

A few people who lack competency have been employed. Their neglect to their work has costed the firm its reputation to some extent

Some might think law firms have a certain stigma but Solicis is unlike other law firms I have worked for, so best to keep those pre-conceived notions at the door. Management is very supportive and actively try to resolve the challenges. Management is open to listening but for that one has to reach out instead of whining and criticizing the firm and its management. Remember, If you don't ask you don't get it!!
