Good team work. Training have been continuously provided to interested employees.100% security in the job as projects are keep on onboarding. Should be bit worried about career growth as workload is more in SolCen and we can't much focus on career growth. Salary is not satisfactory according to the skillset and the hardwork. Onsite opportunities are very minimal. No idea about organisational politics. We can learn various tools. Work environment is good and friendly in nature. unnecessary innovation ideas are being presented which doesn't impact the business. Very difficult in balancing the work and life as always there is heavy workload....Read More

No career growth and management is struggling to set career path for employees. Salary is not upto the mark or not satisfactory. Due to workload its difficult to balance work-life. Unnecessary or not much impactful innovation ideas are being implemented, this is waste of time. No food and transport facility is available.

Work Details

Starting its interesting as SolCen is using various tools for Test management and Hybris for backend. Later on there is no proper plans in developing/improving the project. And work is boring as keep on playing with same tasks.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. We will get good work experience but there is no new projects. One main thing in business 85% customised for Microsoft dynamics AX without following the standard. So the standard knowledge we will get low., Because of that our knowledge growth also will be down.
