Good team work. Training have been continuously provided to interested employees.100% security in the job as projects are keep on onboarding. Should be bit worried about career growth as workload is more in SolCen and we can't much focus on career growth. Salary is not satisfactory according to the skillset and the hardwork. Onsite opportunities are very minimal. No idea about organisational politics. We can learn various tools. Work environment is good and friendly in nature. unnecessary innovation ideas are being presented which doesn't impact the business. No career growth and management is struggling to set career path for employees. Salary is not upto the mark or not satisfactory. Due to workload its difficult to balance work-life. Unnecessary or not much impactful innovation ideas are being implemented, this is waste of time. No food and transport facility is available.
