Company was good but equipments and maintenance was excellent and saudia Arabia workers are very nice very friendly give good respect

Management, HOD and manager are not good they are thinking self only not for worker and engineer.

SOLB steel is good plant & the company is open to innovation , readily adopts latest technology so I love the the company including top management policy.

Dislikes

I haven't got responsibility as per my previous experience as well as to much politics of our dept. Indian superiors so I haven't got job satisfaction.
