Lifeboat Division is one of the most experience division with great set of technical team of engineers and Technicians.Mr Ramanujam is a dedicated and organised Manager i have ever seen in my life.Company organizes training in several countries where you get trained with many equipment and get to exp various environment and cultures.Job security is 100% confirmed whatever happens Mr.Ramanujam sees that none of his employee gets kicked due to recession or any other finical crisis.There is definite career growth if you work hard for any jobs given to you,if there is a growth in your career than there hike in your salary also and you get to travel a lot in different countries.
