Solarman is a small company so they don't have much project. Also don't have proper management . HR is just an employee , all decisions taken by management. So almost every times management says different thing while HR says something else due to lack of transfer of decision knowledge while . Job security is also issue as they don't have much project, you will a part of company untill you project is going on. I am writing in dislikes but it's a positive thing that this company don't have much business but if they get high amount of business then definitely they will take care of employees. GM of this company is also a very good person and he actually knew how to work like corporate , he listened employees and all. So I hope this companywill do good in future. But right now I think all the drawback is just because of lack of project ,means lack of funds. But all the best to this company!...Read More
