as i was appointed as safety officer but looking to company requirement i was ready to work in production also but company did not care me & as & when i request for exp certi of safety officer they give me only prod officer cert so i can not able to shift my job & career also.more or less YES bose system is over come then job.

Dislikes

if you keep mum against any violation of legal requirement like safety of worker then you are found suit for promotion.so the management is not so strict against local labour & contracter for safety.

Work Details

i join as safety officer but as & when management require my service at various department i give but management has not given me creadit in terms of promotion & salarys.aslo not extend my tenure as given to others.
