No Work Load nice company for learning but not growth for employee for future

Dislikes

Workers unity is terrible you cannot blame the local workers otherwise they will blame you and get abusing you . Canteen food is so worst everytime you will find some insects roaming inside tiffin. There is no future growth in this company salary wise and post wise. And Company location is very faar from city so you will have up-down 75 kilometres everyday your whole day will go in up-down only.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
