Nothing as such. Terrible company to work with. Hire and fire policy. New person is hired either to fire the old employee and they always keep as option to remove one.

Dislikes

No HR policies. If questioned about the same then it is potrayed as a big crime. No training given. Because senior person giving training knows it well that the person hired is to fire someone within the team. No respect to employees. All elderly ladies can work in that environment, who has barely seen how mnc's work these days. Or someone who's really going through bad days can work there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
