As it is relatively flat organization, everyone has the opportunity to bring to the table- quantifiable impact, one needs to be proactive and needs to have bias for action - then surely this place becomes a blissful experience. People are always there to nurture and groom you. You need to seek help and reach out to the right people and you are pretty much sorted. Dislikes

The washrooms, especially the women washrooms can become better, I always have to go to the UG floor to access cleaner washrooms and sometimes that's not possible. However, they are improving, as we are growing, the management is trying their best to provide the best experience to their employees

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
