We face management and HR issues like, 1) to manage the projects as per customer needs and not taking team members advice/ opinions while taking any decision regarding to corresponding projects. 2) salary is not according industry standards. 3) delay in getting promotions

In the starting i struggle, because of new culture and tools,but leads and teammate help me,and there were training session also I got,i learnt so many things. And now I enjoy my work.
