worked with company for a long run and in my view the value system management have is the best thing about the company. Management is result oriented and culture is maintained around the same only by HR person and CEO of the company. They reward the deserving on the basis of achievements and provide learning to others to make leaders.

Dislikes

I don't see any dislikes if you are sincere working person you will like the environment.

Everything is going well in the old HR time, but a new HR has come in the office, since then only favoritism, salary deduct and going behind other's system to see who is doing what, keeps listening to who is talking about whom. In am working in this organization since last three years. Working environment in this organization is very good . There is no restriction for working timing. Management and colleagues are very supporting . Overall happy with working in this organization.

I didn't like anything about the company you will loose you will loose your skills, confidence here, You will get only 4-5 hrs meeting and CEO be like "TUMHE KUCH NAHI AATA" you will do the work which will be not your profile, terrible exp terrible company.
