CEO and MD are very good they listen to team members problem, work on it and try to get it resolved.

Some of the management people are very rude.TL and TH don't give chance to their Junior employees, there are so much politics and favoritism in the tems, specifically in HR team, HR team is less experienced, not all the hr's but some of thm don't behave sincerely, they have lack of the knowledge of policies,they don't response on time, HR head does very much of favoritism, appraisal policy is not good...they do not offer equal appraisal to every team member in the same team, which create conflict and demotivation among the team members, which affect the performance and results as well,as we know money and the good work environment is equally important and motivates....Read More
