Work life balance is pretty good but there are some meetings in USA timezones which means some teams run into late calls at 7pm. The pay is fine but not something to brag about.

The work culture and learning is just terrbile. There is absense of a tech lead and interns. Junior engineers are often given the task of writing big product features without discussing the architecture and high level design and implementation with a tech lead(because there isn't any!)
