Good company for freshers.. less workload and fixed timings.. just problem is if your manager is from non-technical background..all your efforts counted zero.

Dislikes

Comapny should allow employes doing WFH whenever needed with a valid reason.. If the employees manager is rating of appraising employee then thhe feedback about manager must be asked to employees by higher authorities..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. It was very nice experience to work with project Managers and Product Managers. Good knolegde sharing. The Managing Director is very tallented and I learnt a lot from him.
