Dislikes

I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
