Work culture, lack of empathy, poor growth for women employees compared to male staffs, management who does not take right decisions, which indirectly encourages employees to quit this place.

Work Details

Not good especially because it is servicing to clients. Most of the Clients are cranky and lack empathy, hence too much of pressure on employees to perform up to their expectations (mostly like robots) and the management is unable to take their stand.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
