I liked everything about my first company, since it was my first job I learnt a lot related to my work. I never saw anything wrong with the management or leads. All were very much supportive all the times. Getting a job without experience was a bit hard for me. Every where I was asking for either experience or reference. This was the only company with no reference and experience gave me a job. Though they provided me an opportunity I was the one who kept all my efforts and time to learn and got the client placement by the support from Socbridge. Even though we are talented, we need a flatform to prove it. For me Socbridge provided that. I experienced the encouragement and support from the team. One thing I was not liking was giving multiple opportunities for the employees, when someone failed to prove themselves they should take an action immediately. But I never saw that kind of vigorous actions from them. Those employees were trying to pull back them. I don't like those kind of employees

No likes it’s terrible to handle hr and manager. It’s always toxic environment in the office. They keep attendance register book if we are late by 10 mins due to traffic or any issues u will be absent. Many already complained to employment officer for taking original documents. Firstly, whoever gave a 5-star rating, it's fake. I believe that the Manager himself did it using five different IDs. They have a three-person company; all other employees are liabilities for them. The three main people are the Director (RK), the Manager (K), and the HR (ND). You can search their names on LinkedIn. . The "HR" Mrs.ND considers herself a principal. She doesn’t have the manners to talk properly. She did B. Pharma or something and then completed an MBA through correspondence (not by going college) while working in the same company, but we as engineers who did M.tech, B.Tech, who give entrance exams are treated like below laborers. She barely arranges any parties or outside trips, no fun at all. All she knows is how to shout at employees and talk badly to them. . The "Manager" Mr. K is moonlighting with another company without the knowledge of the Director. Even though they are colluding in certain matters, the manager is secretly working elsewhere. Still, I believe the "Director" Mr. RK is the main culprit because he silently allows all these bad practices. He doesn’t pay employees their salaries or provide meaningful work to all. . They indulge in office politics based on name, language, and color. I can’t share everything here, but you can understand the implications. You may feel inferior after joining this company. You won’t be a part of ODC projects—why? I think it’s based on language or state. They don’t even consider people from Karnataka. They don’t know Kannada. . Like in many companies, if you are outspoken, they don’t like you because you point out the facts about the company directly to management. I know some talented employees with excellent coding and understanding skills, but they aren't given a chance to work on ODC projects because they are outspoken. Instead, they prefer people who flatter them or do the boootLicking. . They are faking experience certificates for their clients. For one-year real experienced employee they are sending him/her on the client requirement of 3-4 years experience. You can imagine the pressure employees have to endure. . Some employees have family issues, some are planning to get married, and others just want to enjoy their hard-earned money, but the company doesn’t care about them. They don’t pay salaries. While your friends will earn 10 LPA, you’ll earn only 2 LPA here. No hikes, only punishments. . Many employees have filed cases against the company in the Labor Department. They don’t provide minimum wages to at least 70% of their employees, minimum wages itself is 30000 now. BUT they are giving you or you can take maximum 18 leaves/year (without salary cut) just as according to the Government norms but not giving salary according to the government (30k) while industry is providing 10 Lac minimum. . They confiscate employee documents so that they can’t leave the company. Their ultimate goal is to extract Rs. 5-lakhs (500000) from you. They know how to harass employees. I don't know how these three people were getting enough sleep by making their employee life hell. They are like Goons who Looted their workers. . . This is the Overall Likes I faced and happened, Now I am working peacefully in different MNC and having money in my pocket. One last point—the employees themselves have lack of unity.
