Company is good becuase it has created a brand name in the market, but there is no likes as they dont have anything to like. Just for name sake they do celebrate few of the occassions. The only good part is that , they pay the salary on time that is last day of the month

They don't have proper system Backend people are all like goverment employees. No benefits and facilities to employees Toxic environment Too much pressure on work No leaves granted If the manager decides he dont want you for any reason, thats it they will ask you to resign and go. Pathetic admin team Overall company is worst to work here. Just a brand thats it. I am in sales and sales employees are the frontliners who generate revenue and gets business to company and the sales team people are treated as slave. They treat sales team people worst than daily wagers. The whole system is corrupt Only people on the top management are enjoying the position benefits. Salary hike is worst for sales even if we are a good performer. No Rewards and recognition They dont have training and they ask to perform from day one in sales team. There is no proper timing for sales team, they ask to login by 9-930am and in evening there is no logout time as they will be screwing and pressuring for no reason They have resource of 400 plus in sales team which is not required....Read More

Everything is good Except pre-sales. The great thing is great managers are not even count dedication of an individual, instead they support whom they like or want to.

Very bad to go pre-sales department, better you can work in some other bpo. Atleast you'll get proper hike. Lot of politics done by so called managers Don't even have floor decency In that one perticular manager will Lough at floor like his uncle home. Always keep bullying the agents under him also doing dating broker job. For themonly the login time 9:30am is counted and logout is not a matter if u logout by 10pm also fine, but should never logout on time 6:30 or 7pm I wonder whether the CEO of this company mind about this department is exist at this company 😂. For Civil Engineers considering this company please note that maintaining work life balance can be challenging. The expected working hours are from 10.45AM to 10 to 10.30PM everyday. With work required on Sunday's and Government holidays. The work load is demanding and the expectations can feel overwhelming at times. Worst Management.
