So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 10 hours straight in a day and night. Manager does not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do not receive appreciation.
