I am sharing this review as my personal experience they hired me for UK holiday process when I joined the organization they put me in domestic process saying you need to sit for few days once rest people joined we wil start the holiday process. Don't joined this company they don't have UK holiday process neither the team. If you join the process they will put you in domestic market.They will play with you carrier so don't join this organization. Neither they have incentive plans in UK holiday market nor the process. SNVA is good organization , when it comes to incentives I recently joined them for the sales executive profile and during the interview they promised for good incentives and I must say one should always chase them when it comes to incentives .

They will ask you to sell the products of fake university. No cafeteria, strict for break, if you will inform for leave even then it will be marked as unapproved and 2 days salary will be deducted. No response from the HR regarding any query. Even if the break is exceeded by 2-3 min shot day will be marked

It's a place where you can stay for years and no one ever asks you to leave unless you are actually really bad at your work, which makes sense. We were never asked to stretch even on the bad days and the work life balance was well managed here.

Disclaimer: I'll be utterly honest even though being there for a good enough time they didn't give me a healthy exit but that's conditional basis your looks and gender, and this is not a rant but a true advice. I would say the top exec level management here is filled with filth and inappropriate gestures for the females in the organization. I would say, It's a decent place to work for guys but women are treated as an objects. Also they cant see an employee taking an exit. There are 10000 non sense statements mentioned in the employee handbook that they give during half n hour induction....Read More

Fake universities for which you will be hired to sell products . Can abscond you anyday without paying your salary for the days you have worked even if you take a 2 days leave after informing your RM . They will fool you by saying incentives are very good which they dont give till 6 months . Do not fall in this trap .

Work culture is very bad they dont provide incentives on time, false promises at the time of interview, no hr policies, no ethics managers does not even know how to speak with their employees. Very poor quality of leads. No growth.
