Everyone has been so nice so far. Handholding through everything, since I am a fresher, correcting my mistakes, and these mistakes were only possible because of the numerous opportunities that were provided to me. Here, at SNVA, my problems were only termed as challenges that needed overcoming. This shift in perspective along with the job requirements of an HR professional is what I gained here.

Its a great company to work specifically for females, good friendly environment, they treated you with respect. In terms of Management, Directors and Managers are very understanding and helpful.
