Dear Anonymous, Please understand that salary deductions are applied only in cases of repeated and habitual tardiness or unapproved absences, which aligns with common organizational policies. Since we're a professional organization and like others we are also specific with our timings, there has not been a case of any employee working overtime without getting any rewards. SNVA Team!
