I regret to say that I have had issues with SNVA Venture regarding my salary. Despite my best efforts to resolve the matter, I have not yet received my salary for the month of January. I have reached out to the company's HR department and management team on multiple occasions, but unfor tunately, they have been unresponsive and have not provided any explanation or resolution to the issue. This has caused significant financial stress and has impacted my ability to meet my financial obligations. I take my work seriously, and I believe that employees should be compensated fairly and in a timely manner. The lack of communication and accountability from SNVA has been disappointing and unprofessional. I hope that SNVA will take steps to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees receive their salaries on time. Using silly rules to block incentives of an employee. When I gave resignation, I was told that "you will receive dues after 45 days" But, they only cleared the salary part and told me that I am not eligible to get my hard earned incentive that was due from June 2021 till October 2021. Job security was very good. If you did the work on time and you followed all of the SEO team's advice and the manager's instructions you were given a lot of praise and appreciated for your work. Work culture - Very compartmentalized. You will get full privacy and your own safe bubble in which you will be able to work nicely and witho ut any interference. The content writers had to write 2400 words every day when I joined. Then it was increased to 2600 but the salary was not increased by even 1 rupee. Then 2700. Then 3000. That was when I resigned from the company. Writing 3000 words in one day in 9 hours would make the content quality g o down but the management was not willing to listen to that and kept pressurizing the content writers to write more and more without increasing the salary. Also, there was no job training and the content writers were expected to start writing 3000 words from day 1 on their own using their own research.
