The working atmosphere and the work culture is too good. It is good to explore the grey area of research and Design type of experiementation of study which enhances the students to keep their mindset as a preoccupied Enterprenuerial work culture for their future. This helps them to have their goals clear in their mind. The most admirable thing is the staff co-ordination which is immensely good.

Dislikes

When you like everthing a lot. Then there is no space for a dislike factor as such. Passion is the driving factor for eradicating the dislike in us.

I like the Design Thinking by the institutions and the motivation for startup's. The 5 pillars of the college very excellently designed which helps the faculty to grow better in all aspects. It provides good work balance. Provides excellent carrier for the faculties and students.

In SNS College of Engineering, I got change to work in my comfort zone from my data of joining. I have undergone various self development training where i have learned many thinking's I felt very happy work with my team Over 15 years of experience with SNS.I feel very happy and comfortable with my institution.

In SNS we are working under Design Thinking Framework.Its a nice experience to explore things in sns. we are having lot of facilities and access here to maintain for physical and mental health.Here we ensure quality education along with many other extracurricular activity.
