It functions like a corporate office not like a school. Less staff creates more workload. Three teachers job is given for one teacher. It creates a poor performance of a teacher. It has to be monitored by the direct management not by only principal. Efficient principal is required for the school and its academic development. Job training is not given for the new teachers
