Company is good for enhance our skills and if someone passionate for his work then it is brilliant. The other side of this is that job satisfaction is zero because of salary issue i mean work load is bigger than your salary amount that's why you can not satisfy after sometime. Apart from that traveling facility is poor, no saftey atall in whole plant which means you have to complete work on your own risk, no holiday, sometime you can take Sunday. That's it. There is no saftey on work place, you have to complete work on your own risk, no holidays even Sunday, workload is higher than the salary amount, no job security, no facility.

Work Details

Very hectic schedule, you have to come on time but can't go on time. Sometimes i have to work for 24 hours. Work is maintenance of a plant manage whole things, paper works etc. But due to shortage of maintenance material every time work incomplete.

my dislike point is that there is no respect and no care of a technician and operator. and in the increment time only higher post will be satisfied but technician increment 5% ,6%.so this is not fare.
