Dislikes

The recruitment process are so easy most of the time. They need to add more difficulties to filter candidates. HR policies and employee benefits needs to implement soon. Need some fun games / activities inside office to relive employee stress.

Work Details

I manage Business Development Team here. We are working for US IT Recruitment RPO . I love too onboard clients for our super excited recruiters.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
