Doesn't feel like a MNC. Company culture is very bad. No incentive, no bonus. There is no proper management, specially in premium tool division.

Worked with Snapon tools more than a year in sales and to be honest there was nothing to like about that company. Thank god I left the company with in a year because work culture was worst and there is no work life balance in this company. Hat's off to those who still working over there from years, because handling such a toxic work culture is really very challenging..
