Mileage allowance were cut down by current management, therefore you end up spending from your own pocket. 3. Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4. HR policy here is a big joke, any kind of workplace harassment or torture complaint will go unanswered. 5.
