I'll get tired of counting...😐 No Job Security. No future Goals / Plans. No Learning. No Work Life Balance. No good culture / Working Environment No efficient ERP. "You have to work on stupid Google sheets." Notice period for an executive level employee is 3 months and it is not negotiable, which is very intolerable. At the time ofjoining they committed that there would be a 5 day week but after joining, the situation changed completely. I had to go to work even on saturdays. (No Comp Offs, No OTs). I wasted my precious time in this stupid company. This is just a trailer, the full picture will be seen after joining....Read More
