Not much to like here, company operated by one 1 person, other employees are just postman as per GM

No woman allowed in the company as per General managers policy. He is the only authorised personnel and other employees are just postman (his quote). No working culture, you have to do whatever he say even if it is wrong.

1. Director and MGT is not supporting. 2. Mediclaim policy not good 3. Nobody joined the company who has report to Director. 4. No transport, canteen facility. 5. No Leave applicable till 1 year 6. Operator working 12 hrs duty 7. Work life balance is not good 8. Many good employees are exit the company 9. Salary is not giving as per mkt std.
