SMR is a global company, but Indian Management does not care about staff morale, they are working since company was founded . They only care about profits. If profits low, then do cost cutting everywhere.

Dislikes

Compensation is peanuts as compared to market rate, politics is terrible and work life balance is tough to maintain. Colleagues not much qualified. No WFH in corona time also. Paid leaves are next to nothing and there is no Saturday off. Timings are very strict.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
