Toxic work culture,No system,No proper drinking water ,no proper washroom ,only ground floor office is good looking,but store room ,shop floor and top floor are in pathetic condition,There is no respect for employees( no tea) ,graduate also doing manual work like helper .No responsibility assigned.Politics is on high level ,there isblame game between marketing and other department as a result job security is terrible here. You will be added on WhatsApp groups ,md expecting to be all things what you do in daily basis should be shared ,there is lot of blame game going on between palwal team ,okhla team , panchsheel team and vendors,All things need to be reported in WhatsApp group ,if you miss there will question on job security,md needs proof on each everything. Many graduate and workers also work on Sunday also,as a result many employees including staff facing serious mental and physical health problems,Staff keep on changing , continuously interview are conducted,after two month there is chances you will loose a job or salary deducted.come at your own risk....Read More
