I loved working at the work, because I learned a lot from this company. Whether it is about communicating with clients or calculating area for installation. I travelled different places and met different people.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Company should take care of their employees whether it's health or financially. Even when employees want to leave, they should be treated with respect.

Work Details

It was balanced life. Sometimes busy and sometimes no work at all. Other Employees working with me were very supportive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
