As soon as you reach the interview, you feel overwhelmed with the superb ambience of Sprinklr, the IT company. But you are not even told that you will NOT be working directly for Sprinklr, which is indeed a superb organisation. After much questioning, you are told that you work for an outsourced vendor of Sprinklr. But even that is not the complete truth. The fact is that Sprinklr has outsourced some part of its business to a US company that has further engaged SMEMARK. So you end up being a THIRD level employee. But that is still okay as long as you are explained this in a transparent manner, which is not the case. All the time that you work for SMEMARK at Sprinklr office, you do enjoy its superb campus and food, however, you always feel like an illegal immigrant feels in US when you compare the emoluments and facilities that a Sprinkr employee enjoys compared to SMEMARK employee, you do not even get the basic holidays, not proper sal structure...in short you are just labour. The worst part of working at SMEMARK is that you are considered as just Hire n Fire labour. Any person who leaves his/her proper job and joins here is doing a big mistake as you will be hired here without checking fitment and they'll get rid of you on a 15 day notice period without assigning any proper reason...yes that's a fact! The Employer at SMEMARK is no doubt a technical genius, however, does not possess the integrity or skill to manage a team of professionals. You start realising this as soon as you join and this frustrates one a lot as you are expected to just follow orders. The team members are no inspiration either as you will almost faint at the poor quality of culture and conversations that take place within SMEMARK (though the crowd and culture at their client Sprinklr is high quality).
