As far as Japanese Staff/management is concerned, policies are good. They understand actual situation and act accordingly. Alternate sat are non-working. No one disturbs you after working hours.

Dislikes

- In a Japanese firm, the most disgusting part is INDIANs in management. They, actually made life worse of our own people. - Every now & then, you will find a race to prove better in front of Japanese bosses. - Over & above, Japanese bosses act like a Robots. Whatever INDIAN management use to feed them about an employee, they willtreat that employee accordingly for rest of the tenure in the company. - You won't believe, even a cook, surveyor or supervisor can become PM or Sr. PM here and rule everybody else at site if he is among favorite of Japanese PM - Even if you become PM, GM etc still you will keep doing same work as what you were doing when you were junior. - Tremendous wastage of paper. Even if Japan is the most technically advanced state, they are highly dependent on paperwork. Even for leave, one use to fill up it on paper application....Read More
