Mainly, this firm is an academic writing firm, but in disguise. If we are keen in learning by self, then we may get enough works to improve our academic knowledge. The team mates are the only good factor in this company. The management is terrible. Employees who have self-worth would not stay here for more than a year or two. You may need to work 24/7; yes, they do pay good. But considering our efforts, this is very minimal. Academic writers here do not have any idea about the actual payment the company gets from its students in UK and so, cannot question on the pay element as well. The management would rarely allow any one to leave the office, and if anyone has left, it is sure that the management will spread a bundle of false rumours against that employee. All main writers who were with the company has left it. This is not a company for those who look to grow and establish themselves good in the industry....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

The only thing I like about the company was the cooperative attitude of colleagues...

The main thing is that the company is labelled as software company but there no software works done behind instead they are providing research assistancance. The company will terminate the employees even without providing them a notice period. Moreover they will spread false rumours even after someone left the office.. it is not thecolleagues but the management who perform this wonderful play. No employee is given their respect for working hard and all these indicates the job security. The workload will be at the peak at times and during this time employees will be given forced overtime and if not willing then will be thrown out of the job. Even Sundays are included in overtime and won't give extra payment. Even the work were able to get done at home the management forces the employees to be present at office during this pandemic else they were instructed to work for less amount. Most importantly don't expect any increment in salary without begging for the same... and will judge the family background marital status and avarage expenses of an Indian while discussing about hike....Read More
