Team mates are co-operative, training programs are excellent, job security is low as company do lot of experiments, I do not see any career growth, salary revisions too low, work environment has a political approach, work life balance is average.

Dislikes

Politics is too high. You never new what will happen next.

Work Details

Initially it was good as I had the opportunity establish the brand Digisol in the market. But later on politics started as the Regional distributors always try to dominate on smartlink team.

There was no time schedule of work in Pune branch office time was 10 am to 7pm but always need to work 10pm I need to lookout complete Sales , marketing as well as back office account,there was no problem in sales but need to take care all back office

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
