Easy work, good location,cafeteria ,design job

Dislikes

Less bonus, bad management, poor policies, salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work Details

Job is repetitive. There is no formal training. Have to do a lot of data entry

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
