To Achieve goals on a higher volumes with perfection without or with rules regulation on cards never to say no to any calls. The top management approachable at any point of time for result with positive approach and mental balance. VERY clear and positive on payment term .Management appreciate on small or big achievements that is really very appreciative.

Dislikes

The Hr policy and top management ways of hiring and firing of staff its man handily. No policymakers are caring about long term plans only short term gains without thinking of future growth. Due reason assessment are made till middle level management but hole lies within top management like SBH and country heads who never wants see the ground work as they feel like a emperor what they say and what they see from the mirror of their SUBORDINATE is amazing in real words politics is eating up the market and potentiality of company growth ....Read More
