My profile helped me to develop the understanding how an MSME ecosystem functions and GoI schemes pertinent to SMEs namely but not limited to capital subsidies, intrest subventions, risk sharing facilities complementing the collateral requirements faced by small players, circular economy and working with multilaterals.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic and venomous work culture. Contractual employees are not supposed to speak much and their work is governed by permanent employees who are younger than them that includes regular scolding, scathing and public reprimand. Employees contract is terminated prematurely and they are forced to sign a one year bond which affects individuals folio adversely, no capacity building training at all to the employees and many tasks assigned by the bank are beyond job profile failing to completing such tasks may cost to job loss. Employees are not paid for many outward movements assigned to them by their reporting officers. Being a bank, few contractual employees gets their salaries intentionally delayed. Employees are not allowed to take initiatives , write official mails to external parties/organizations towards buisness development with a negligible field exposure. Favoritism prevails in the organization, senior experienced professionals are treated pretty rudely. No Environment and Social Safeguard measures have been complied by the bank. Regular mental harrasment of employee is quite common. Leaves are deducted inaccurately and attendance is deducted for half day strictly if employee fails to be in office within time limits.
