I like about the company is the management of the company is very polite to his employees and give respect to the people. The relationship between the employee and the management is like family members, I have seen people are working with the company since 40 - 45 years and feeling comfortable with the company . The work culture of the company is very good, company provides all the facilities to his employees for work comfortably and every one works as a team. The management is transparent and appreciate employees good work. Company policies are fair and good keeping in mind employees needs. Increment and bonus are paid in due periods.
