I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is nothing to learn there only politics and flattery works here. From senior manager to senior executives everyone is sycophant. The HR's never fullfill there commitments for relocation bonuses. Before resigning there beware as they hold FnF of employees. Upper management (Malik log) is not aware of it.
