Had to recollect for 5 mins. After that only 1 answer came to my mind is 'weekend holidays' And I liked the colleagues. Very nice

1. The worst woman to handles there. Ponmalar Jagannathan. She tortures and shouts on employees like she has own them. 2. Work culture is worst. You have to sometimes work till 10pm & 2nd day you get shouting for waiting back. Nonsense 3. No holiday on voting day 4. Employees are forceto work for free on national/festiv holidays while serving notice. 5. No pay on maternity & paternity leaves 6. No mediclaim on probation & notice period. 7. If you miss biometric punching then salary is cut 8. If you take emergency leave then salary gets cut. 9. No appreciation when client mails positive about the work. 10. Gets 1-2 hours of firing if client send negative feedback. 11. Negative vibes. Even the wall painting are of slavery & evils. 12. Lots more but this is enough...Read More

The company is a startup and has a great culture. The work is not monotonous and is exciting given the projects can be interesting. There is a growth opportunity since the company is growing and eventually I had a chance to get on client calls to become a thought partner with clients. The managers are also very helpful and guide you throughout the project. Overall, great learning experience....Read More
