Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is good at all. They give good salary and bonus every year. On the job training is given to new joinees.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't respond our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Work Details

The job is good. I struggled a bit in the beginning, I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped to me get a different roles with in the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
