Likes
They do not have proper projects. Senior management is completely political. People having more than 5 years experience having 2.3 lpa which is far below than industry average. Fully recommending jib seekers to not join skymet.
Dislikes
Management is political. Managers are not supportive. Zero work balance.
Poor appraisal system, management politics, there is no proper HR team, only one person is handling everything. Managers in skymet feels like they ate god
