1. Senior team members are not attending the critical calls only juniors attending the calls and then seniors showcase their work done by senior not juniors full of politics. 2. Weekends seniors are not attending the calls, senior engineers forcing to juniors to attend the calls also there is no bonus for late night calls and weekend s attending calls. 3. Salary hike’s only if you are favouring to manager you will get the 50% to 100% hike otherwise you will get only 10% only per year. 4. If anyone employee needs to resign their job means management doesn’t accept resignation letter easily.Then management tells you needs to survive 3 months of but actual notice period is 1 month only, I have noticed during the work hours. Then they will give new tasks to complete within the day. 5. Surely, I am not recommend anyone to join this Organization....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
