Employee policy was not so good, terminating employees for taking leaves after informing the higher management, Bad politics.

Dislikes

Employee policy is not so good, after leaving company made payment late of 15+ days everyday used to visit and wait for hours, for putting leaves terminating employees, toxic environment and bad politics was their!

Work Details

Learnt many things in short time of period being in pilot batch as how a startup setup, start and run the show, hiring, training, onboarding projects, being multitasker knowing each and everyone role in office able to work in 10+ p

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
