They take a huge amount from client and salary given to us is penny. 1. managers should be in political parties as they are very good in it. 2 senior most lady of mip is just crap. They dont know who talk or behave. To be in her favourites one has do her chores and talk with her. 3. Just run from this company

If you get lucky you'll learn a lot.

Dislikes

They don't value their employees at all. All the policies in the company are created to restrict the employees from fleeing away. They always say they put their employees first to prove the same. But they always use them for maximum benefit of the company. They also restrict us from making LinkedIn profile just to hide their own lie to their own clients.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
